Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who loves great drinks, great food, and great people. At Sherwood, everything we do is rooted in sustainability and genuine hospitality. You’ll be behind a bar that champions local ingredients, seasonal flavours, and a relaxed, creative vibe. If you enjoy connecting with guests, mixing thoughtful drinks, and being part of a small, passionate team—this is your place.

This is a part-time role with a minimum guaranteed hours of 30 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Look after guests with warm, relaxed, attentive service.
• Make beautiful cocktails and drinks that reflect Sherwood’s seasonal and sustainable approach.
• Keep the bar running smoothly—clean, stocked, organised.
• Follow our service and cash handling processes.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver seamless service.
• Pitch in with opening/closing, restocking, and general service support.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience essential.
• Confident behind the bar and keen to keep learning.
• Loves local ingredients, good food, and mindful hospitality.
• Team player with great communication.
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• Happy to jump in wherever needed.
• Open to working holiday candidates.
