Develop and execute a multi-year Facilities and Environmental Services strategy aligned with organizational priorities, resident experience, sustainability, risk, and financial capacity. Develop strong managers and service-oriented teams by creating clear expectations, accountability, decision-making authority, and opportunities for growth. Manage operating and capital budgets, vendors, contracts, purchasing, inventory, projects, and other significant resources. Partner with campus leaders to support regulatory compliance and readiness, including fire and life safety, DHS requirements, federal nursing home regulations, OSHA standards, elevator regulations, and other applicable requirements.
