Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring LTC, SNF Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Brookings, Oregon.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Oregon
• American Heart Association BLSAt least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in an SNF preferred

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2, 024 - $2, 210 per week
• 6-week contract with possibility of extension
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
