Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Portland, Oregon to hire Occupational Therapists. Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Oregon
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in hospice care

Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1, 980 - $2, 211 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
