Columbia Place Assisted Living is looking for a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our community. If you enjoy working in a kitchen environment and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to meet you.

Our Dietary Aides play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
What You'll Do:

• Set up meal trays and assist with meal service
• Prepare snacks and nourishments
• Operate and monitor the dishwasher (including checking sanitizer levels and water temperatures)
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• Take out trash and assist with stocking and organizing groceries
• Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and storage areas
• Support the Cook and Dietary Supervisor as needed
• Work cooperatively with team members across departments

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow recipes and written instructions
• Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Physical Requirements:

This role requires frequent standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and routine kitchen cleaning tasks.
