We are looking for a reliable, kind, and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. If you enjoy working with seniors, staying active during your shift, and being part of a supportive workplace culture, we would love to meet you.
🍽️ What You'll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you help create a positive dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal service and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare dining room for meals and special events
• Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
• Assist residents as needed during meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Follow food safety and infection control standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
• Support a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Compassion for seniors and older adults
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shift
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
