Caregiver - Assisted Living

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care for residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Assist with meals and monitor residents' food and hydration needs.
• Ensure residents' rooms are ready, clean, and comfortable.
• Record resident information accurately and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Help residents with personal items, including laundry and packing when they transition.
• Support residents in daily activities and maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and families to ensure the best care for residents.
• Assist with medical procedures, including lab work, therapy, and physical examinations as directed.
• Ensure residents' privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
