Assistant Health and Wellness Director to join our team and help lead quality care for our residents.
Position SummaryAs Assistant Health and Wellness Director, you'll support the Health and Wellness Director in overseeing clinical operations and staff for our assisted living community. You'll ensure exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance, and promote a culture grounded in our core values.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff in daily clinical operations.
- Ensure care plans are followed, documented, and updated as needed.
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
- Administer and oversee medication and treatment protocols.
- Conduct resident assessments and participate in care plan development.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies.
- Participate in quality assurance, safety, and infection control programs.
- Help lead staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Foster strong communication with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Create a welcoming environment of warmth, dignity, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For- LPN or RN license in good standing.
- Leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, care regulations, and documentation standards.
