Part-Time Activities Assistant who's ready to make every day more meaningful and fun for our residents.
You'll help plan and lead engaging activities—from art projects and games to outings and one-on-one visits—that keep our residents active, connected, and joyful. If you love people, enjoy being creative, and have a heart for service, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do: - Help plan and lead individual and group activities, including crafts, music, games, and outings
- Encourage resident participation and promote self-initiated hobbies
- Assist in developing monthly activity calendars and keeping attendance records
- Support residents during outings and coordinate transportation as needed
- Provide inclusive activities for all residents, including those who are bed-bound
- Help maintain documentation, care plans, and progress notes as directed
- Keep the activity areas clean, safe, and welcoming
- Be a bright and uplifting presence every day!
Who You Are: - High school diploma (or equivalent) required; experience in senior living or long-term care is a plus
- Creative, energetic, and compassionate
- Comfortable working with residents of all physical and cognitive abilities
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized and able to follow activity plans and schedules
- Excited to build meaningful connections with seniors and their families
