What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Develop and carry out individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Educate residents and families throughout the rehab process
- Complete timely documentation and maintain regulatory compliance
We're Looking For
- Current Oregon license as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Current CPR certification
