In this rewarding position, you'll help create and maintain a safe, structured, and compassionate environment in our residential treatment program.What You'll Do* Assist clients with daily living activities and therapeutic routines.* Monitor participation in meals, meetings, and activities.* Support new admissions and conduct patient orientations.* Be visible and available to encourage engagement and model healthy behavior.* Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and Serenity Lane policies.* Communicate and document issues such as discharges, at-risk behaviors, and safety concerns.* Stay current with internal communications and respond promptly.* Conduct perimeter checks and enforce emergency and fire safety procedures.* Identify and appropriately respond to psychological and physical safety risks.* Coordinate care with clinical and nursing staff.* Participate in team meetings and trainings.* Communicate significant client concerns to supervisors and appropriate departments.* Supervise student counselors as assigned.* Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions.* Embody Serenity Lane's mission and core values.What We're Looking For* High School Diploma or equivalent required.* CADC-R required; CADC I preferred.* Ability to create a professional, supportive environment.* Exhibit strong communication and observational skills.* Individual who is team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.* Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.* Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.* Comfortable working in varied noise levels and performing repetitive tasks.* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Serenity Lane is a Cannabis THC-free workplace)What We Offer* Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan with up to 3.5% employer match* Education Assistance* Paid Time Off & Sick Pay* Wellness Programs*?
