Multi-Channel Field Sales Representative II

Role Summary

Responsible for driving Secure Power business growth ODISHA, focusing on UPS, Data Centre solutions, cooling, racks, and associated services. The role will emphasize channel development, customer acquisition, and revenue delivery across enterprise and mid-market segments. Revenue TGT is 8 CR INR

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Delivery

• Achieve assigned revenue for Secure Power portfolio
• Drive sales of UPS, Lithium battery, racks, cooling, and DCIM solutions
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across BFSI, healthcare, IT, telecom, and industrial sectors
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with regular forecasting

Channel & Partner Development

• Build and expand channel ecosystem (VARs, system integrators, electrical partners)
• Drive partner engagement, enablement, and joint GTM initiatives
• Ensure coverage expansion across Bangladesh market
• Work closely with partners on deal closures and solution positioning

Customer Engagement & Account Management

• Develop strong relationships with key end customers, consultants, and influencers
• Drive solution selling approach (integrated power + cooling + monitoring)
• Support large/strategic deals with value proposition & differentiation vs competition
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify emerging segments and whitespace opportunities
• Track competition (Vertiv, Fuji, etc.) and build strong counterstrategies
• Drive spec-in activities with consultants and key stakeholders
• Expand Schneider Electric footprint in data centre & edge infrastructure market

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with Offer Management, Pre-sales, Supply Chain & Finance teams
• Ensure smooth execution from opportunity to order closure
• Align with regional leadership on pricing, strategy, and GTM priorities

Reporting & Governance

• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting
• Track KPIs such as order intake, conversion rate, funnel coverage
• Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial processes
