What You’ll Be Working On:
  • Organizing and cataloging corporate artifacts, historical records, and branded marketing materials
  • Scanning, uploading, and digitally archiving important documents, photos, and legacy materials
  • Supporting research into company history, milestones, and brand evolution
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure long-term accessibility
  • Working within document management systems and shared drives to organize and retrieve information
  • Assisting with special archival and administrative projects that support brand, communications, and leadership teams

What You Bring to the Team
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, History, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field

  • Ability to scan, upload, catalog, and manage documents with accuracy and care
  • Resourceful, dependable, and able to troubleshoot basic system or process issues
