What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

• Learn the Tools of the Trade
• Hands-on training with basic industrial tools and equipment
• Introduction to preventative maintenance practices
• Exposure to mechanical and electrical systems used in food manufacturing
• Safety, Systems & Skill-Building
• Food safety fundamentals within a manufacturing environment
• Electrical maintenance safety training
• Introduction to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Work side by side with experienced senior maintenance technician

This is a true learning-by-doing experience—designed to build confidence, technical skills, and real-world understanding of industrial maintenance operations.

What You Bring to the Floor

• Currently enrolled in an Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related college/university program
• Strong interest in mechanical and electrical systems
• Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
