Document Solutions

Relay's Document Services team provides high-quality document imaging and document storage for customers like the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and Oregon State Police. The team digitizes more than 200, 000 documents each month in our 28, 000-square-foot Data Imaging Loft.

Scanning/Preparing/Storage:

Prepare sensitive documents for scanning.
Reconstruct files in an organized and precise manner.
Scan documents using Kodak scanners into a secure file system.
Review imaged documents, verifying the image quality meets the requirements outlined in that contract and correct image quality as required.
Understand image quality and identify issues throughout the process for correction.
Maintain storage of documents for various customers.
Perform all contracted tasks in a timely manner.

Confidentiality:

Process potentially graphic and confidential documents.

Communication:

Communicate efficiently with Supervisor and coworkers regarding job tasks.
Maintain appropriate conversations surrounding contracted work and uphold the highest standard of confidentiality per the contract requirements and/or Relay policy.

Problem Solving:

Support work environment in multiples tasks and handle work related issues that arise.
Keeps Supervisor informed of all issues pertaining to customer jobs and workflow maintenance.

  • Experience with document imaging and Image Trust scanning software is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Clean background check required. CJIS clearance required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and/or fingerprinting as appropriate at any time during employment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people.
  • Quality customer service with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.
