This position is Onsite: Portland, OR

Position Summary:
The SAP Clerk supports production and inventory operations by entering, verifying, and managing data within the SAP system. This role ensures accurate material records and helps maintain efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain SAP master data such as material codes, inventory adjustments, and job confirmations.
  • Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and production orders.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical counts.
  • Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Generate SAP reports for production, inventory, and job tracking.
  • Collaborate with floor leads and team members to troubleshoot SAP system queries.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SAP data entry or inventory systems in a manufacturing, logistics, or production setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules (MM, PP, WM preferred).
  • Proficient with Excel and data reconciliation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in supply chain or business systems preferred.

Environment: Work space in a manufacturing facility.
