What you will enjoy doing*- You will maintain, troubleshoots, repairs, or supervises repairs as needed. This includes process piping and controls equipment systems and components.
- Have demonstrated expertise (and certification where applicable) in the following areas: Abatement system control and maintenance, Rotating equipment repair and maintenance, High purity orbital welding/tube fitting, Instrumentation maintenance and calibration, Electrical equipment maintenance, Predictive/preventive maintenance techniques and documentation with Computerized Maintenance Management System (e.g. SAP-PM)
- Interfaces with procurement and procurements systems to maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and equipment.
- You are expected to follow procedures, written manuals and actively executes scheduled work orders.
- Documents and performs activities per Linde standards and any associated regulatory requirements (LOTO, HWP, etc.)
- You will evaluate process equipment for problem identification and recommends and/or implements solutions. Reliability of the equipment is critical to success.
- Cleans and maintains plant areas and equipment regularly to promote organization and reliability.
- Monitor and assure high standards of performance of contractors hired to perform work. Ensure that all internal Linde safety requirements are adhered to by the contractors.
- You will train and lead individuals on all routine maintenance activities (including maintenance scheduling (SAP-PM), spare parts inventory control, process shutdowns, and production staff interaction) with only occasional management/engineering support.
- You are expected to interact with engineering, laboratory, and operations staff to ensure new products and projects are executed with maintainable designs.
- Performs all duties safely per Linde standards
- May be required to perform duties outside of standard work schedule, as needed
What makes you great- You have at least a High School Degree or Equivalent
- Technical degree or certification(s) preferred
- You have the ability to work in a high-performance work system with minimal to no supervision
- Five or more years work experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience to include applicable military training/experience
- Exposure to industrial SCADA or PLC systems and the ability to learn about these systems. PLC experience is preferred.
- Familiar with electrical test equipment and ability to troubleshoot systems
- You are familiar with pressurized systems, valves, piping systems and their operation.
- You have the ability to read and follow SDS Sheets
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to read printed maintenance manuals, P& IDs, electrical schematics, and other literature in English is required
