We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Payroll Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting payroll processes within Workday. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and system efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the tax payroll processing function within Workday, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution for all employees.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday Payroll and related integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support tax set up for M& A activities
  • Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize Workday Payroll functionalities and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct testing for Workday updates, enhancements, and system integrations.
  • Responsible for ADP Smart Compliance Exceptions and Client responsibilities.
  • Support year-end payroll activities, tax filings, and audits.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation for Workday Payroll processes.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience, including 3 years with Workday Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configurations, business processes, and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday Payroll certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations.
  • Knowledge of payroll reporting and analytics within Workday.
