Description:

Support and coordinate various Loss Prevention office functions as directed by the Division Loss Prevention Manager.   • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) plus two years of administrative assistant experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to effectively supervise personnel
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends on occasion
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
  • 60 WPM typing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Loss Prevention Management System (KLPMS)

Desired
  • Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • Combination of 5+ years administrative and retail management experience
  • Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage departmental budget and expense review and administration
  • Coordinate customer complaint resolution process
  • Manage the pre-employment screening process
  • Coordinate training material supply and distribution
  • Coordinate Loss Prevention Management System (KLPMS) system access
  • Complete daily, weekly, period reports as required
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
