About the Role As a Pesticide Operator, you'll play a key role in diagnosing and treating plant health issues through the targeted application of herbicides, insecticides, and fertilizers. This full-time position offers year-round work. Responsibilities Safely and effectively apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to commercial landscapes Identify common pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies in turf, trees, and ornamentals Calibrate, mix, and apply treatments in accordance with label requirements and safety protocols Maintain accurate application records Operate and maintain spray equipment and company vehicles Provide winter support through snow and ice management operations
