Activities Assistant-H

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and leading group and individual activities
• Encourage resident participation in hobbies, crafts, and social events
• Help create monthly activity calendars and track attendance
• Support outings and transportation needs
• Assist with care plans, assessments, and documentation
• Communicate with staff, residents, and families
• Keep the activity area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
