Corporate Operations Specialist

Consolidated Supply Co. a Pacific Northwest plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works wholesale distributor has an opening for a Corporate Operations Specialist.

Job Description:

This role assists the branches in all areas of Operational execution. The specialist is the person that ensures the branch has the resources necessary to carry out the plan developed by Operational personnel and works alongside those planned resources to ensure the project is completed successfully. Travel for this position is up to 75%.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of distribution experience, including receiving, put-away, stock replenishment, picking, packing, staging, loading, delivery and inventory control functions.
• Is accountable and achieves compliance of goals through collaboration with others.
• Is a self-starter, quick learner, and invested in one’s personal career development.
• Is a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team member that demonstrates leadership by example in all aspects of operations.
• Uses a customer service philosophy across both internal and external customers.
• Experienced in maintaining legal compliance with DOT, Hazardous Communication, OSHA standards, and safety programs.
• Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Plumbing and/or water works knowledge a plus but not required.
