Under the general direction of theDirector of Retail, youll supervise, coach, and inspire the sales and referral team, while driving performance and creating an exceptional member experience. Administrative and Reporting (5%) Prepare performance reports and identify process improvements using tools consistently.Attend training and ensure compliance with internal/external policies; seek and accept feedback.Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational goals and values.
