What You'll Do
  • Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and care planning per licensure.
  • Direct and supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students in accordance with regulations.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress.
  • Document care accurately to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Actively participate in department operations, quality initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active Oregon PT license, in good standing.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources preferred.
  • Professionalism, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
