What You’ll Do

Job Description Summary

Operations support role is part of a fast-paced team which is accountable for effectively managing a large volume of transactions including journal entry processing, work on carrier, wholesaler onboarding, data input, tracking management for broker reviews.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, validate and issue manual invoices
  • Process and issue Notices
  • Data input into Enhanced as required
  • Audit bank accounts
  • Convert contracts when needed
  • Validate checks as required
  • Manage fax queue (labeling and assigning)
  • Update spreadsheets and other reports
  • Adhere to approved processes and audit requirements
  • Notify brokers on credits and returned/undeliverable mails
  • Assist other team members as required

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous financial processing and/or administration experience
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and abstract reasoning skills
  • A proactive, energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work, and a desire to go the extra mile in customer service
  • Self motivation and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to build strong relationships with team members and internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational, and abstract reasoning skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
  • A flexible attitude towards change and the ability to adapt to new situations
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS Word
  • French is an asset
