In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workshop by managing work orders, purchase orders, inventory, and parts procurement. Youll work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain operational efficiency and contribute to a high-performing team environment. Location: Colborne, ON Wage: $50, 000 - $58, 000 You will be responsible for: Completing Work OrdersCompleting Purchase OrdersOrdering of partsData input (Safety dates)Certificate of Insurance (COI) Collection and upkeepInventory Tracking / Yard ChecksFiling of service sheets, safety paperwork, and lease agreementsCoordinating trailer pickups and deliveries with customersAnswering customer inquiries/communications as requiredAssisting Operations Manager in day-to-day responsibilities Skills & Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-taskExcellent customer service skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPrevious experience with parts procurement and inventory an asset Smartway Trailer Rentals Inc. is committed to creating an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process.
