Are you ready to lead a major shift in how we deliver digital and recurring value to our customers?

We are currently hiring for a full-time Recurring & Digital Services Leader (1 full-time permanent position) based at our Milton, ON location: 955 James Snow Parkway, Unit #1, Milton, ON L9E 2C7.

This permanent role represents a high-impact opportunity responsible for leading growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our commercial and services portfolio.

As a passionate and strategic leader, you will champion our transformation toward a recurring revenue model, influence cross-functional teams, and accelerate the adoption of digital and service-based solutions across the business.

Why This Role Matters

This role is pivotal in accelerating our shift toward a recurring revenue model. You'll be at the forefront of deploying end-to-end recurring commercial practices, enhancing asset lifecycle value, and boosting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Your ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across functions will be essential to success.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Transformation: Drive the Capex-to-Opex-to-Recurring evolution across Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Accelerate Growth: Expand the recurring pipeline, orders, and ARR through strategic initiatives and customer-centric value propositions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, CSMs, Tendering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Adoption: Promote digital and service offers across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Modernization projects.
  • Champion Best Practices: Share success stories, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Influence Strategically: Engage key stakeholders and decision-makers to shape services strategy and customer outcomes.
What You Bring
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong partnerships across Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or services-ideally in SaaS, digital solutions, or sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of recurring business models, digital platforms (e.g., EcoStruxure, ...), and industry trends.
  • English proficiency is required for this position, as the role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication with internal and external partners across Canada and global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering measurable results.

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and incentive, is $115, 000 - $160, 000. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
