What will you do?

This role is responsible for the successful execution of specific Offer marketing plans in Canada. Responsibilities include formulating, communicating, implementing, and managing key activities (tactical & strategic) to drive share growth & financial goals for OEM Controllers, Machine Safety, Power Supply Offers, Digital solutions and optimization of machine builders.

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Schneider Electric brands of OEM Controllers, Machine Safety, Power Supply Offers.
  • Prepare product development objectives and schedules, work with internal customers to develop product strategies and perform pricing functions for product lines.
  • Develop appropriate presentations, demonstrations, seminars and training programs which are audience centric.
  • Develop, own, implement and maintain an effective Product Life Marketing Plan, establish a common approach across all product areas and promote/adopt models of best practice.

  • Electrical Engineering Degree or Business Admin Degree and/or College Electrical/Electronic diploma/degree plus relevant work experience
  • 3 to 5 years' experience with industrial control and automation products (mostly OEM controllers/PLCs)
  • Marketing experience preferred, ideally in the Industrial industry
  • Proven Sales / Business Development skills
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills
  • French fluency strong asset
