As a strategic partner to all functions, you will- Report on business unit performance with clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with leaders and sales teams to support growth and drive results.
- Act as CFO proxy when required and support Finance strategic planning.
- Lead Actuals and Planning deliverables, including monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Support the Monthly Close process and ensure transparent communication with Business Leaders.
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP& A and local teams to safeguard data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze Orders, Sales, Gross Margin and support function cost performance, explaining key variances.
- Support audits of rebate programs and deliver ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Provide financial and commercial guidance to business stakeholders.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and contribute to broader business change efforts.
- Promote compliance and strengthen Internal Control culture across teams.
- Work with GSC and Inventory Planning to secure adequate inventory levels through data-driven forecasting.
- Present financial results and translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Partner with LoB teams to secure annual support function cost funding, track inflows and report ROI.
- Coordinate with the North America Inventory Costing team to maintain accurate ERP cost updates.
- Steer the Hoshin (annual plan) and balanced scorecard processes, ensuring monthly performance follow-up and accountability.

What's in it for you- A minimum of ten years of experience in finance roles such as accounting, auditing, financial analysis or FP& A.
- An accounting qualification, considered an asset.
- A strong technical foundation and excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Full professional proficiency in English, spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a matrix environment within a multinational manufacturing organization.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SAP, Hyperion and BI tools.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including prioritization and multitasking.
- A hands-on approach and a strong drive for results.
- Experience supporting or leading change initiatives.
- The ability to suggest improvements, take initiative and own deliverables end to end.
- The capacity to work effectively at all levels of the organization and meet or exceed expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time-management skills and resilience when supporting the team through challenges.
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $145, 800 - $194, 400 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
