Role Overview

We are seeking fluent English speakers to help train and refine cutting-edge AI systems by evaluating outputs, providing structured feedback, and contributing across projects aligned with your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a “user mindset” to create natural, realistic AI data.

• Use rubrics to structure and assess AI responses.

• Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking reasoning and problem-solving from LLMs.

• Contribute across multiple projects depending on your skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, or currently enrolled.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to create complex prompts and assess nuanced AI reasoning.

• Strong Writing: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique AI outputs.

• Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy in evaluating technical aspects of AI.

Nice to Haves:

• Background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, etc.

• Prior writing or editorial experience (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.).

• Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.
