Description:

The Global Marketing Coordinator is an entry level marketing professional supporting brand integrity and recognition through visually compelling creative expressions across all digital, web, social and print touch points to drive the growth strategy of the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the design of digital assets for corporate channels including digital, web, social and print
  • Participates in ideation session for content development
  • Collaborates on ideation for social media calendar
  • Supports analytics reporting and analysis for online channels
  • Performs competitive social media research and analysis
  • Supports storyboards and assets for video production
  • Manages content updates on company intranet and supports website CMS publishing
  • Supports media and social media monitoring platforms
  • Maintains digital files/archives
  • Supports the Corporate Social Responsibility program including Sustainability, Equity Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Community Impact with visual and marketing assets

Required Skills

  • Have successfully completed related post-secondary education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia or Marketing
  • Able to work in a team environment and collaborate on assignments
  • Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign, Photoshop, Spark After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of social, web and digital distribution technologies, such as WordPress, Google Analytics; GMB, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite, Wistia, OpenAsset and Meltwater is an asset
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Working knowledge of OpenAsset or other Data Asset Management tool preferred but not required
  • Excellent business editing and proofreading skills; Eye for design and layout; Rigorous attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively within a team as well as independently

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in A& E, Construction, Design or comparable industry
  • Salary: $60, 000.00 - $70, 000.00/annually
