Description:

Harris Computer Systems is seeking an Account Receivable (AR) clerk to work closely with fellow AR staff in providing accounts receivable support for the division.

As an Account Receivable clerk, you will be working in the Frontline group along with a team of highly motivated individuals who are engaged in continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone that is resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.

What your impact will be:

  • Proactively communicating to Business Units on problem accounts
  • Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
  • Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information Preparing information required for the month-end, quarter-end and financial audit and interact with the audit team members in a professional manner
  • Preparing monthly invoicing reports
  • Reconciling billable travel revenue account with the expense account monthly
  • Reconciling other accounts as needed/required

What we looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience an asset
  • Post-secondary education with relevant degree/diploma
  • Experience with Great Plains an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
