Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will manage and collaborate with the IB (Independent Business) Sales Leadership team to provide sales effectiveness coaching for our sales centre and field agents to increase performance as it relates to sales approach, productivity, product knowledge, and achieving targets. This includes coaching agents on sales tools, products and services, and processes that are followed to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets based on the defined IB sales strategies.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Design and implement a coaching and monitoring program for both Sales Centre and assigned Field consultants that increases revenue generating Indicators.
  • Engage with Sales reps on client prospecting visits and phone calls to assess performance capabilities and to assist increasing their abilities to increase sales.
  • Drive sales effectiveness initiatives by thinking strategically and implementing your plan end to end.
  • Partner with our teams to facilitate product training launches, refresher training with the goal to increase agent capability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create post-training support with system, product and process knowledge to increase agent success to improve adoption.
  • Participate in development plans with the IB Sales leadership team to enhance the skills of tenured agents.

Nice-to-have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of direct Sales experience in a sales prospecting role, outside sales considered an asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
