This position reports into Quality Analyst and is based at 890 Woodlawn Rd. W in Guelph, ON.

Role reports to: Quality Analyst
Location: 890 Woodlawn Rd. W in Guelph, ON.
Travel %: 0-10%
Pay: Anticipated weekly pay rate of ($775 - $915) depending on skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors

What you will do

This position's primary responsibility is to assist with implementation of quality systems based on business, regulatory, and customer requirements. This role has responsibility to assist with Change Management, Specification/Document Management, Systems Support (P360), and Marketed Product Stability Support. These Quality Systems activities support product launch, product release processes, life cycle management, and post market surveillance. This role ensures that Kenvue Canada operates in compliance with internal procedures, Canadian regulatory requirements, and Kenvue Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrator for EtQ Symphony system, a repository for change control, corrective action, and investigation documents

• Revise documents and lead routing of document for approval through the TRU document management system

• Liaison with multiple business partners through troubleshooting EtQ Symphony problems and ensure timely action to meet metrics

• Create change control meeting agendas, notifications, and action list generation and complete metrics

• File documentation, distribute and organize samples (as required)

• Lead and provide support to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Compliance department through effective review and analysis of information

• Support monthly Kenvue Franchise/Commercial Quality metrics meetings. Collect, compile and present monthly metrics to Leadership and appropriate stakeholders/SMEs

• Complete administration activities for Marketed Product Stability program

• Source, review, and route Marketed Product Stability results in alignment with Kenvue local procedures and Canadian regulations

• Support Annual Product Quality Review program in alignment with Kenvue local procedures and Canadian regulations (as required)

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• An active student currently enrolled in a Bachelor ' s Degree (BA/BS)

• Minimum of 2 years complete of a 4-year bachelor's degree

• Enrolled in a co-op program in a post-secondary institution

• Eligible to complete an 8-12-month co-op term at Guelph, Ontario, Canada

• Ability to work during the duration of the assignment. The program will be active from Monday-Friday starting in late August or early September

Desired Qualifications

• A focused degree in Chemistry, Biology or Biological Sciences is preferred

• Prior experience in a regulated environment (e.g. manufacturing/importation/distribution of food, natural health products or drug products) would be considered an asset

• Maintains a high level of organization in a dynamic environment

• Strong social skills, including professional communications, both orally and through email, with internal and external partners

• Strong computer skills (e.g. use of Word, Outlook and Excel), and the ability easily to learn new software systems

• Able to work effectively in a team through open communication and collaboration

• Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset are essential
