About the Role Were looking for dependable, hardworking Snow Shovelers to help clear walkways, entrances, and sidewalks during snow and ice events. Youll be part of a close-knit team that shows up when it matters most, delivering safe and reliable service, no matter what winter throws our way. What Youll Do Clear Snow & Ice: Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, and building entrances. Apply salt or ice melt as needed to keep areas safe.Stay On-Call: Be ready to work when snow hits including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Use Equipment Safely: Operate shovels, backpack blowers, and small snow removal tools with care.Work as a Team: Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates. Help where needed to get the job done right.Take Care: Arrive prepared, work safely, and help maintain tools and equipment. What Were Looking For Experience: Previous snow shoveling experience is an asset, but were happy to train reliable, hardworking people.Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in cold, snowy, and wet conditions for extended periods.Attitude: Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to be part of a team that counts on each other.Accountability: Show up on time, do what you say youll do, and take pride in a job well done.Relationship Focused: Professional, respectful, and ready to pitch in to help your teammates.
