Description:

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Waste Sales Manager for Canada. This role is responsible for leading our team of Waste Sales Representatives who are focused on driving net-new customer acquisition across all waste service lines of business (LOBs). The Waste Sales Manager is a "Player Coach" that requires actively selling to meet their own individual quota while simultaneously managing, mentoring, and leading their team of reps. This position will ensure the team executes aggressive growth strategies while maintaining operational alignment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
