1953530 Ontario Ltd is hiring a Water Truck Driver in Hamilton, ON. This is a full-time position.

Job Summary Clintar is looking for a reliable and experienced Water Truck Operator to support our landscape maintenance operations. This position involves operating a water truck and completing assigned watering routes throughout the City of Hamilton. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, operating larger vehicles, and working flexible hours, including overnight shifts. Responsibilities Operate F550, F650, and F750 water trucks safely on roadways, parking lots, and designated work areas. Complete assigned watering routes and efficiently water flower beds, landscaped areas, and other designated properties throughout Hamilton. Load water independently at designated fill stations. Perform basic daily inspections and ensure the vehicle and watering equipment are maintained in safe working condition. Maintain regular communication with supervisors or dispatch regarding route progress, delays, equipment concerns, and other issues. Accurately maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment usage, maintenance records, and materials used. Provide professional and courteous service while representing Clintar at customer properties. Follow all company policies, traffic regulations, and health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area. Qualifications Valid and clean G class drivers license. 1-3 years of experience operating large trucks or similar equipment. Previous experience with water trucks, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor services is considered an asset. Understanding of MTO Book 7 requirements and traffic control procedures. Comfortable working independently and following assigned routes and schedules. Strong communication and time-management skills. Must have a reliable cell phone with an active data plan. Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
