Youll lead and work alongside a crew completing a variety of landscape enhancement projects, including: Garden, tree, and shrub installationsMulch installation and property enhancementsPruning and seasonal landscape improvementsInterlock, stone, grading, and hardscape projectsDecking, fencing, and concrete workOperating trucks, trailers, dump bodies, and landscaping equipmentCoordinating crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on scheduleCommunicating with customers on-site and ensuring a positive experience What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in delivering quality results. You should have: Experience in landscaping, softscape, or hardscape constructionCrew leadership or supervisory experienceA valid G license with a clean driving recordExperience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksThe ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Bonus Qualifications These are considered strong assets: Horticulture or landscaping educationEstimating or design experienceHealth & Safety knowledgeExperience with interlock, grading, and stone installation Why Join Clintar?
