Description:
OU Upward Bound Summer Temporary Instructor
Subject: Reading specialists, literacy, comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, or writing.
Schedule and Compensation: (if a previous summer instructor - please note changes to this position have occurred and read below)
This is a part-time, temporary position that runs from May 15 to July 10, 2026.
Daily classes run from 9: 00 am to 12: 00 pm or 1: 00 pm to 4: 00 pm.
Classes are (3) days a week - Monday through Wednesday
Each class has the instruction time of exactly 1 hour. Up to 6 additional hours are provided per week for planning, grading, and training.
Instructors are compensated by the OU bi-weekly pay schedule upon the receipt of time sheets by their due date online.
