Description:
The Oklahoma Nathan Shock Center for Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging is one of only eight National Institute on Aging (NIA)-funded centers nationwide dedicated to advancing geroscience — the study of how aging impacts health and contributes to age-related diseases. Our mission is to accelerate progress in aging research by providing leadership, cutting-edge technology, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities to scientists working in this vital field, to find treatments and cures sooner.
To help propel this mission, we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Program Coordinator who will: provide high-level administrative support to the Director of the NIA Oklahoma Nathan Shock Center through calendar management, correspondence, travel coordination, and meeting logistics; draft and prepare reports, presentations, and executive materials; Coordinate projects, events, and special initiatives; and anticipate executive needs and proactively offer solutions.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, AND:
Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.
