The PRMS Project Coordinator - CTO will coordinate and manage activities related to projects in the Clinical Trials Office (CTO). This position is vital to operations for CTO as it is responsible for assisting all clinical research staff with completing the OU Health Credentialing process, working with the CTO Education team to ensure onboarding and training is completed and kept up to date, scheduling and facilitating meetings across teams within CTO and throughout the enterprise for various project-based discussions, and working with our Strategic Initiatives team on various projects in process such as completing the implementation of our Clinical Trial Management System (Oncore) and assisting with integrations necessary for EPIC go-live in 2023, as well as future projects.

Duties:

  • Coordinates all activities related to the project(s).
  • Interfaces and serves as liaison with Campus, College and Department administration to accomplish project(s) outcomes.
  • Leads the successful implementation using basic planning techniques.
  • Establishes and maintains on-going reporting process.
  • Attends meetings, workgroup sessions and seminars.
  • Provides training and develops on-going training as needed.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as required to successfully fulfill functions of the position.

Educational requirements:

  • high school

Desired Skills:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:

  • 24 months of project management experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.
