Description:
The Leave Administration Analyst oversees all federal leave entitlements for the of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. The position is primarily Health Sciences based and travels to Norman and Tulsa as needed. It requires discretion and independent judgment as well as a comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply related to leave programs: basic accounting principles, knowledge of federal and state leave entitlements, and university policies and procedures. This position requires a high level of independent thought and the ability to maintain a neutral position with the interactive ADA process to ensure employees are availed of their federal rights while also ensuring the business needs to the University are met. The position works closely with the Office of Legal Counsel, Human Resources - Employee Relations, and departmental leadership.
