Description:
Join Facilities Management at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to meeting the University's ever-changing needs for facility maintenance, utilities, landscape & grounds and custodial services. Located within Facilities Management, the Access Control Department is responsible for maintaining the University’s campus security, including keys, cores, mechanical and electrical door hardware, and locks. The Lead Locksmith will perform in a lead capacity to ensure installing, maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and troubleshooting all locks, keys, key systems, card systems, and associated hardware are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

Desired Skills:
Required Education: Vocational or Technical School training in the field of Locksmithing; AND:
48 months experience in commercial and/or residential Locksmithing.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 54 months of related experience in lieu of Vocational or Technical School.

Supervision: Leads a team of Locksmiths and Access Control Specialists
