Description:
The Residency Program Coordinator ensures compliance with current guidelines of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and applicable specialty boards. This position coordinates the day-to-day operations of the residency and/or fellowship program for residents and fellows under the guidance of the Program Director and ensures planning activities, assessments, data analysis, and reports are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. This position maintains critical files and information.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Education or related field, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & amp; related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
