Description:
The South Southwest Prevention Technology Transfer Center (SSW PTTC), housed within the Southwest Prevention Center, seeks a Product Development & Distance Learning Coordinator. The ideal candidate has experience in substance use prevention and in instructional design. This position supports the planning, development, and delivery of training and technical assistance (T/TA) educational products and events across the region.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or closely related field, AND:
Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months experience.
Skills:
Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint, OneNote, PowerPoint), Zoom, YouTube, and Constant Contact.
Knowledge of adult learning theories, strategies, methodology and instructional design principles.
Strong prioritization, flexibility, and time management skills.
Ability to work with diverse groups in planning, developing, and evaluating products.

Departmental Preferences:
Previous experience in prevention, public health, education, training, or project management.
