Description:
This position serves as the Human Resources Lead for the Sam Noble Museum. This role is responsible for the museum's hourly & monthly payroll, managing the recruiting process, on-boarding and off-boarding employees, budget revisions, FMLA administration, coordinating annual performance reviews, and handling employee relations. Other duties include assisting with cash audits, daily deposit logs and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the museum's Head of Finance and Human Relations.

Required Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree
