Description:
Provide professional administrative support to the Management Information Systems Division. This includes assisting Division Director with scheduling meetings with students, donors and division faculty. Assisting faculty with classroom management, book orders, proctoring tests, etc. Serves as the first point of contact for visitors including current and prospective students and guests. Responsible for division financial transactions and accuracy including OU and Foundation accounts. Processes division bills, division scholarships. Coordinates division events, include annual scholarship banquet and CMISS annual retreat.
