Overview

Responsible for effectively planning, scheduling, and dispatching T.D. Williamson (TDW) tools, technicians, and inventory to service assignments. Communicate status and changes to relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Schedule tools, inventory and/or technicians for assignments or operations, including maintenance of scheduling systems and databases.
  • Arrange necessary VISA applications and travels for technicians.
  • Maintain scheduling systems and databases for equipment and technicians.
  • Communicate with project managers and management regarding tools and/or technician availability, and possible conflicts including intercompany rentals.
  • Prioritize tool maintenance and rebuilds, planning inventory as required.
  • Provide shipping and logistics cover, as needed.
  • Track tools, equipment and technician occupational rate and precise location, and communicate any issue which may impact scheduled delivery.


Experience
  • High School Diploma and zero (0) to three (3) years of technical, project coordination experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent information technology skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to prioritize and organize schedules.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures, operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Ability to write and communicate reports to others.
