About the Role: The Management Program Analyst Level II plays a critical role in supporting organizational effectiveness by analyzing, developing, and implementing management programs within the services sector. This position involves conducting comprehensive research and data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to design strategies that enhance operational performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Ultimately, the Management Program Analyst Level II contributes to informed decision-making that drives continuous improvement and supports the organization's mission and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program analysis, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or equivalent software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience working within the services industry or a similar sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) or process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analyses of management programs and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies and action plans to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data, understand challenges, and facilitate solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analytical findings and recommendations.
- Monitor program performance metrics and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure objectives are met.
- Support project management activities including planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials related to management programs and process improvements.
Skills: The required skills enable the analyst to efficiently collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and inform decision-making. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools supports the daily tracking of program performance and the coordination of improvement initiatives. Preferred skills such as knowledge of statistical software and certifications in project management or process improvement further enhance the analyst's ability to design and implement effective strategies.
