What you will enjoy doing*- You will operate and maintain a CO₂ production plant safely, reliably, and efficiently with a focus on production and instrumentation
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and equipment installations
- Interpret and apply manufacturer manuals to repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, P& IDs, and one-line diagrams
- Further, you will calibrate analyzers and field instrumentation; assist with troubleshooting control systems up to 600 VAC
- Use computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Monitor process performance and adjust operations to maintain optimal conditions
- Ensure continuous product supply while meeting safety, environmental, quality, and customer requirements
- And you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotating equipment, including compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, boilers, and valves
- Perform equipment alignments and support overall mechanical system reliability
- Collaborate effectively across departments to support operations and maintenance activities
What makes you great- You have a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Applied Sciences, equivalent apprenticeship, or related experience preferred
- 2+ years of production operations experience in an industrial environment preferred
- Proficient in using I/E tools, meters, and instrument calibration equipment
- You have working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and processing/cooling equipment
